Project Price

Fixed price for defined scope

Suitable for projects with clear requirements and defined delivery. We create a quote based on scope, timeline and resources.

What does a typical project cost?

It varies greatly depending on scope. A smaller project can be 20-50k EUR, while a complete platform often starts from 100-200k EUR. We always provide a transparent estimate after the first meeting.

How does payment work?

For project price we typically take 30-50% at start, the rest at delivery or milestones. Retainer and dedicated teams are invoiced monthly in advance.

Is there a commitment period?

For retainer and dedicated teams we normally have a 3-month notice period. Project price is binding according to agreed scope.

Is support included after launch?

Project price includes 30 days support. After that you can choose retainer or support per hour. We recommend retainer for active products.

Can we scale up or down during the project?

Yes, for retainer and dedicated teams you can adjust hours or resources with one month's notice. Project price has fixed scope but can be extended via additions.

What happens if the scope changes?

We handle changes ongoing and always present cost implications before implementing major adjustments. Transparency is key.

Are prices including VAT?

No, all prices are quoted excluding VAT (25%). For customers outside Sweden, reverse charge applies according to EU rules.

Can you help us budget long-term?

Absolutely! We often create multi-year roadmaps with phased budgets so you can plan investments and prioritize features over time.
