ContentOps Sprint
Content production put into a system
A publishing system, not more loose ideas. We build a repeatable weekly flow from idea to published post and deliver the first content batch as proof that it works.

What you get
Many teams have plenty of ideas but lack a system that gets them published. ContentOps Sprint solves that. In 7 to 14 days we set up a weekly flow with templates, roles and rules, and we publish the first batch together with you.
Deliverables:
- Scoreboard with baseline and targets, so you see the impact in black and white.
- Brand voice kit that keeps the tone consistent no matter who writes.
- Workflow for intake, review and publishing.
- Prompt kit and templates that produce drafts you can publish with minimal editing.
Fixed scope, measurable results
We keep the scope tight on purpose. Version 1 covers one brand, one voice and one to two channels, with a maximum of two feedback rounds. That is how we deliver on time.
We measure two things before and after: time spent per post and number of published posts per week.
Three packages, one clear delivery
The sprint comes in three tiers:
- Light - 7 days. The core system and the first batch.
- Standard - 14 days. Adds more templates and channels.
- Plus - 14 days. Deeper enablement, where we train your team to run the system entirely on their own.
Pricing depends on scope and package. Request a quote and we will come back with a fixed price for your situation.
Content agency or your own system?
A classic content agency bills per post, month after month. ContentOps Sprint does the opposite: we build the system that lets your own team run content production, with AI as leverage and a clear quality bar.
The result is a lower cost per published post and a flow you own yourselves. If you need reinforcement later we are still here as a partner, but you are never locked in.
Frequently asked questions about ContentOps Sprint
What does the sprint cost?
The price is fixed per package and depends on scope. You get a quote before we start, with no running hours.
Does it replace a content agency?
For most teams, yes. Instead of buying posts one by one you get your own system for content production. If you still want ongoing support, we offer it as a separate agreement.
What do you need from us during the sprint?
One contact person who can answer questions and approve content, plus access to your channels. We handle the rest.
Does it work for our industry?
The system is industry-agnostic. The brand voice kit and templates are adapted to your tone and your customers.
What happens after the sprint?
You own the system and all templates. If you want continued support, we offer it as a separate agreement.
Why a maximum of two feedback rounds?
That is how we keep the delivery time. Experience shows two rounds are enough when the framework is clear from the start.
